Growing up in Charlotte, North Carolina I learned to focus my energy on finding a solution rather than worrying about the problem. This mindset inevitably led me to my profession as an attorney.

Graduated from UNC with a JD. Also have a Master's Degree in Law (LL.M.) from both Harvard Law School and NYU. Practice criminal defense in state and federal courts in NC and federal appeals.
