Maxence Marsin has extensive experience in the area of Corporate law as well as in the area of Intellectual Property. She previously worked in these areas of law, in a renowned international law firm for several years.

Following various international cooperation projects with the UN (World Health Organization) in Haïti, Maxence Marsin began her legal career in the area of civil and commercial law. Then, she rapidly practiced in the area of intellectual property (software agreements, licensing contracts, trademarks, patent co-development agreements...) nationally and internationnally.
