R. Scott Costantino

R. Scott Costantino is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law. He is also Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Costantino has received an “AV” rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.

 

Mr. Costantino has been elected as a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers (“ISOB”). In selecting its membership the ISOB seeks to honor attorneys who have distinguished themselves as outstanding in the field of advocacy. Mr. Costantino is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”) as well as the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

 

Mr. Costantino has also been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers magazine as one of the top attorneys in Florida. Only five percent of the lawyers in the State are named by Super Lawyers. He represents clients in medical malpractice cases, complex personal injury cases, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death cases, product liability cases, medical device cases and Federal Tort Claims Act cases.
