Since 1991, Attorney John Casey has been practicing Personal Injury Law in Wisconsin, advocating successfully for many clients, including individuals and businesses. As a trial attorney, Attorney John Casey has settled or successfully litigated serious personal injury claims resulting in large settlements and judgments.
Recognizing that the courtroom is difficult and sometimes traumatic to people who do not wish to have their private lives argued in open court, Attorney Casey strives to negotiate the best possible agreements for his clients. However, in those cases where settlement is impossible, Attorney Casey is a fierce and successful courtroom advocate.
Attorney Casey has served on the Wisconsin Supreme Court Appointment Selection Committee (Past) and is presently a Chairperson of the State Bar of Wisconsin General Practice Section. Attorney Casey is also is active in various Legal Associations, in addition to the American Association for Justice, the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the Federalist Society.
