Susan Diamondstone

The Diamondstone Law Office provides services to people in the areas of Family Law, Employment Law, including Employment Discrimination, Wrongful Termination and Wages and Hours Law and Small Business Advising.  As a Lawyer, I focus on helping my clients find solutions that work, at a reasonable cost.  The challenges in family law are to get the parties through the dissolution of marriage, but still able to work with each other in parenting their children.  In employment law, I try where possible to help my clients maintain their jobs.  In cases where there has been discrimination I work with my clients to pursue appropriate remedies either in California Courts or in Federal Courts as may be appropriate.  I also look forward to working with people who are seeking to navigating this difficult job market by creating their own jobs and small business entities.  My goal is always to help my clients find solutions, and to seek, where possible, win-win solutions.
