H. Lillian Vogl

H. Lillian Vogl is a member of the Government Affairs practice group at Covington & Burling LLP. She analyzes and drafts legislation, writes explanatory and advocacy materials directed toward government officials, and engages in personal outreach to officials in Congress and the agencies on behalf of a wide variety of clients, including the National Football League, Goodwill Industries International, and the National Association of Realtors. In addition, Lillian represents numerous tax-exempt entities on tax compliance and corporate governance issues, and advises for-profit and non-profit clients on taxation of employee benefits.
