Peggy Rowe-Linn

Peggy Rowe-Linn was raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. She attended local schools and received her J.D. from

Nova Southeastern University in 1984. She is a thoughtful, compassionate attorney who specializes in family matters

and divorce law. She is Board Certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Marital and Family Law. Board certification

requires high standards, continuing legal education and professionalism in the practice of law. The words Board Certi-

fied, Specialist, Expert and the letters B.C.S. for Board Certified Specialist mean that a Florida lawyer has special

knowledge, skills and proficiency in a specific field of law.

Peggy's practice is limited to matters involving families, such as: annulment, divorce, alimony, parenting plans (formerly

custody and time-sharing), equitable division of assets and liabilities, child support, including contempt and enforce-

ment proceedings for alimony and child support. She negotiates and drafts prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She

offers legal services in paternity cases, juvenile dependency, domestic violence proceedings and third party custody

cases.

Although located in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, Ms. Rowe-Linn handles family law matters in Delray Beach,

Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, Greenacres, Lake Worth, Boynton

Beach and Boca Raton. She travels north to North Palm Beach, Jupiter, Stuart and surrounding Palm Beach County and

Martin County areas.

As Ms. Rowe-Linn was recently appointed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, if necessary she will
