I graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BA and from Southern Methodist University Dedmon School of Law with a Juris Doctor and have been practicing in the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding communities for over 25 years. I am licensed before all the courts of the State of Texas by the Supreme Court of Texas as well as licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma, in the US Northern District of Texas and before the United States Supreme Court. I am a member of the State Bar of Texas,Tarrant County Bar Association, the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association and the Dallas Bar Association.

As a general litigation attorney I have handled court cases involving real estate, property damage, debt collection and defense, probate and estate litigation, guardianship, insurance, landlord tenant issues and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy. Through my affiliation with Brett J.
