Carmine R. Villani, Partner, founded Villani & DeLuca, P.C. over 16 years ago with law school friend, Vincent C. DeLuca. The firm has grown in stature and reputation in criminal defense with Mr. Villani as managing partner. Mr. Villani has a wealth of experience in New Jersey criminal defense, having served as municipal prosecutor and municipal public defender in numerous municipalities in Ocean County and Monmouth County throughout his 20+ year legal career. Mr. Villani is trained on the Alcotest® breathalyzer, drug recognition expert (DRE) evaluation and standardized field sobriety testing (SFST) to better serve clients facing DWI/DUI and refusal charges in municipal court. In July 2014, Mr. Villani taught a continuing education seminar at the DWI Institute to NJ lawyers, addressing breath test refusal charges and their consequences.
This compliance bundle provides access to online video and audio courses which, when completed, will satisfy the entire 15 hour and 3 hour ethics CLE requirement for Texas. These courses have been approved by the State Bar of Texas for full CLE credit.
