Paul Moretti

Mr. Moretti is retired from the New Orleans Police Department and practices labor/employment, civil rights defense, corporate, and admiralty law. Mr. Moretti graduated cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2005 where he was a Crowe Scholar, graduating #1 in his class. Prior to law school, Mr. Moretti was a Sergeant with the New Orleans Police Department for 24 years where he spent the last 14 years conducting internal affairs investigations. Mr. Moretti has an MBA from Troy State University as well as a Bachelors from Tulane University. Mr. Moretti initially practiced employment discrimination defense, admiralty and sports/corporate law representing major national employers in various jurisdictions throughout the U.S. Mr. Moretti currently practices labor/employment representing various corporate and governmental clients as well as general corporate law and general litigation. Mr. Moretti is licensed to practice and has practiced in Louisiana, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as the federal courts in those jurisdictions. Mr. Moretti's current firm is a general service law firm with specialties in government relations, real estate, commercial transactions (lending and real estate), corporate and contract law, bankruptcy, environmental and land use law, as well as labor/employment.
