As a criminal lawyer, David regularly appears at Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court and Court of Appeal for Ontario.  As an Immigration Lawyer, David appears in Immigration Appeal Division and in Federal Court of Canada. David has received his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. He completed his articles with a criminal defence firm in Toronto that gave him exposure to litigation at both the trial and appeal levels.

David serves clients who speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian and Ukrainian.  These clients most often need representation in Toronto courts (North York at 1000 Finch Avenue West, Etobicoke at 2201 Finch Avenue West, Scarborough at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, Downtown Toronto at Old City Hall at 60 Queen Street West and College Park at 444 Yonge Street), Newmarket court (50 Eagle Street West) which is responsible for Vaughan/ York Region area, and Brampton Court at 7755 Hurontario Street.

David has a special interest in complicated and technical matters such as drinking and driving offences aka DUI or DWI (Impaired Operation or Care or Control, Over 80mg, Refuse Sample and Dangerous Driving) and drug offences. He, however, is just as often representing clients who face less technical but no less serious charges such as domestic and sexual assaults, thefts, child porn charges and customs and immigration prosecutions and appealsDavid successfully represents clients at times that are often difficult and challenging for them and for their families.
