Stephen Farkas is a Clearwater personal injury attorney and civil trial lawyer. Stephen represents injury victims who have sustained physical injuries as a result of an automobile accident, truck accident, motorcycle accident, as well as a myriad of other causes of action related to insurance litigation.
Stephen grew up in Sarasota, Florida, attended high school at Out of Door Academy in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and ultimately moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida. While at UCF, Stephen majored in political science with a focus on law, and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2006. During Stephen’s undergraduate studies, he worked for an Orlando personal injury attorney learning the ins and outs of insurance litigation. Stephen attended Stetson University of College of Law, graduating in 2010. While attending Stetson, Stephen worked for a St. Petersburg injury law attorney as law clerk and gained valuable experience in all aspects of managing a personal injury case. After passing the bar exam in 2010, Stephen continued working and developing his courtroom and advocacy skills on behalf of Pinellas County injury victims. Stephen later developed his practice area into personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, in which he represents medical providers who have not been reimbursed properly for services performed in accordance with Florida Statute. Stephen is experienced in the field of PIP litigation and stays on top of current trends and changes in the law working tirelessly for all his clients. He presently represents physicians and medical providers throughout the Tampa Bay area in PIP claims against a large number of insurance carriers. Stephen resides in Pinellas County (St. Petersburg) and enjoys photography, traveling, golfing, and maintaining freshwater aquariums. Licensed in the State of Florida and the United District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
