Although Bill handles all kinds of cases, he concentrates on serious injury cases, criminal issues including DWI and Drug Offenses and Bankruptcy. Bill is not afraid to take a case to trial and is a Graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer College. His first job after college was with a credit card company; his second was with an insurance firm. These experiences lent him firsthand knowledge of how the consumer is perceived from the other end of bankruptcy and insurance claims. Plus he’s had family members who have gone through bankruptcy and thereby witnessed it firsthand. Bill knows the stress that’s involved and the embarrassment factor associated with having to ask for help. His priority is his clients and whatever legal remedy in their best interest. He enjoys being part of a boutique firm with attorneys who are committed to helping people.
