Byron Mills

Byron L. Mills is a managing member and partner the law firm Mills, Mills & Anderson in Nevada. He is well known in Clark County as a litigator in the local family courts. As a fifth generation native of Nevada, he started his work at his father's law firm as a runner in 1998 before becoming a law clerk. After he graduated law school he joined the firm as an associate which was then known as Lamond R. Mills & Associates.

With more than 15 years of experience and knowledge he has become very comfortable in family courts. Focused on family law matters, Byron Mills handles all areas of family law such as divorce, guardianship rights, adoption, custody, and termination or parental rights.

Byron has briefed and argued before the U.S. District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. He has also appealed several cases to the Nevada Supreme Court.

One of the things that sets Byron apart from other attorneys in the same field is that he has a degree in business management and finance, which allows him to assist business owners with many assets. He is active in the legal community as a member of the Nevada State Bar and the Clark County Bar Association. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Finance from Brigham Young University in 1995, he earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, NE in 1998.
