Frequently we serve as local counsel for businesses engaged in disputes in Arkansas and the Eighth Circuit. Our clients range from small businesses to major international companies. Along with litigation, I am responsible for trademark and copyright registrations, as well as intellectual property licensing transactions. I am also an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law teaching upper level courses in intellectual property.
