For over a decade, Peter Antonoplos has represented individuals, families and business leaders with real estate, litigation, and estate planning and probate matters. Mr. Antonoplos has been selected as a SuperLawyers Rising Star three years consecutively. Mr. Antonoplos’ practice covers a wide range of topics from real estate, estate planning and probate, to commercial litigation, asset protection and preservation and business law issues. A classic generalist, Mr. Antonoplos counsels clients on business transactions and routinely litigates real estate; construction and probate matter is the Courts of the District of Columbia and State of Maryland on behalf of individual and corporate clients.

In a legal sense, Mr. Antonoplos is a renaissance man. Educated as a transactional lawyer, with an LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, and trained as a litigator at Baise & Miller, Mr. Antonoplos brings a wide range of legal experience to bear for his clients. Routinely, Mr. Antonoplos’ clients look to him to apply his breath of experience and legal experience to arrive at creative solutions to a wide range of business issues. In addition, Mr. Antonoplos’ clients often seek that same creativity in connection with their personal legal matters.

Mr. Antonoplos, a native of Washington, D.C., received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Denison University where he was an English and History double Major. Mr. Antonoplos received his Juries Doctor from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, where he was a member of the Catholic University Law Review. Mr. Antonoplos received his Masters in Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where he focused on business planning and partnership tax matters and is a graduate of Yale University SOM where he recieved his MBA.

Mr. Antonoplos is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, State of Maryland and New York State. He lives in N.W. Washington, D.C. with his wife and daughter. He is a chess and motorcycle enthusiast.
