Dean Swartz

Mr. Swartz is from a military and legal background serving in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1971 until 1988. He was on active duty from 1974 through 1978 and achieved the rank of Major.

While on active duty, he served at Headquarters United States Marine Corps (HQMC) and was assigned to the Office of the Judge Advocate General (JAG) of the Navy in Washington, DC. In this capacity he served in the Torts and Claims Branch defending the United States in medical malpractice, aviation, and general negligence claims and litigation. As a lawyer with an AV rating which denotes the highest marks by Martindale-Hubbell, a respected lawyer's review organization in a complicated field of law, Mr. Swartz has garnered the respect of peers, judges, and clients alike.
