Mark Bernstein

 Mark A. Bernstein attorney has been practicing law since 1997. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and his law degree, with a J.D. from Rutgers Law School where he focused on Criminal Law.Mr. Bernstein decided to specialize in Criminal Defense to protect people’s rights against overreaching by the police. Under the law, people are entitled to due process and fair treatment—and he seeks to protect those freedoms. When he takes on a case, Mark personally picks apart every piece of evidence in order to build the strongest and best defense he can to ensure his clients’ rights are protected.
