Sergei Lemberg
Lemberg Law
As a lawyer, I've earned a reputation as a tough and tireless advocate with a passion for helping regular people fight for the compensation they deserve. I stand up to car makers, insurance companies, debt collection agencies, robocallers, and other big businesses. I have been recognized as the “most active consumer attorney” four of the last seven years. I started the firm in a one-room office 11 years ago and turned it into a leading consumer practice with more than 30 employees.
I have been interviewed about consumer law issues by many media outlets, including the New York Times, AOL, the Wall Street Journal, FOX News, ABC News, MSN, the International Business Times, the Los Angeles Times, Newsweek, and Consumer Reports.
I also co-authored the definitive compilation of form complaints in Connecticut, Connecticut Civil Complaints for Business Litigation, contributing form complaints for the Lemon Law and Auto Fraud sections.
I am a former Chair of the Consumer Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, holding that position from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Lemberg was a guest speaker at the Professional Association for Customer Engagement conference in 2014 and the National Debt Collection Forum in 2016. In both presentations, he spoke from the perspective of a consumer advocate about best practices that should be or have been adopted in the debt collection profession.
Over the course of my career I've helped more than 15,000 individual consumers recover more than $35 million. I am a dedicated lawyer who represents hard-working, regular people. I don’t represent big banks. I don’t represent collection agencies. I don’t represent car manufacturers and insurance companies. I go to court for you — regular Americans who can’t fight the system on their own, and turn to us to advocate on their behalf.
I look forward to helping out many more regular folks in the areas of consumer law, lemon law, debt collection abuse and overtime pay.
I am always available to discuss any potential case with you, personally and with complete confidentiality. If you think I can be of help, call me for a free consultation at 855-301-2100
