Mr. Metzen has served as a speaker for CBA as well as serving as a member of the subcommittee responsible for drafting revisions to local bankruptcy rules.He earned his law degree from the University of Detroit and has been a guest lecturer on bankruptcy and debtor-creditor topics at the University of Detroit.
