Brendan D.S. Way

Brendan D.S. Way has been an integral member of the Scarlett Law Group legal team since 2013. After graduating from Trinity College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, he pursued a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Two of his legal focus areas include intellectual property law and international law. Mr. Way was admitted to the California Bar in 2008, and before joining Scarlett Law Group, he worked as a litigation associate for cases involving toxic torts and family law. With significant experience as a defense lawyer, Mr. Way uses his comprehensive understanding of the law to serve clients.
