As a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Zaman Eid’s law experience stems from being a certified legal intern at his law school’s Securities Arbitration Clinic where he represented small investors in FINRA Arbitration on claims of unsuitability, breach of contract and fiduciary duty, misrepresentation and unauthorized trading.
At the University of Pittsburgh’s Innovation Institute, Zaman worked with the University’s patent database and the scientists that created them to determine regulatory barriers, tech licensing and market viability. In addition, he researched and drafted guidance memoranda on FDA medical devices and pharmaceutical testing compliance.
Zaman has counseled numerous start-up companies, product, medical device, e-commerce media and other lifestyle businesses.
Zaman has volunteered to teach students on the US Constitution and prepared them for the national moot court competition through the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project
The Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project is a nationally recognized law related education program that promotes democratic engagement, constitutional literacy, and legal advocacy by placing talented upper level law students in high schools to teach yearlong courses in constitutional law and oral advocacy.
Prior to law school, Zaman was a NJ mortgage broker and NJ notary public.
