After a clerkship with the Hon. Peter T. Fay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and a term as a staff attorney to the Eleventh Circuit, Madeline (Molly) McNeeley joined HLM as an associate in 2011. Her focus is on product liability, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, and appellate litigation.
Molly graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2008, where she was Executive Editor of the Tennessee Law Review and served on the UT Pro Bono Executive Board. She was selected to the Order of the Coif and received the Cunningham Excellence in Legal Writing Award and the Susan B. Anthony Award.
