I am a Baton Rouge native and attended St. Joseph’s Academy and LSU. I graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Trinity University in San Antonio. I attended law school in Oklahoma and was admitted to practice in there 1992. While in Oklahoma, I practiced law and co-owned an event planning and incentive travel business. I moved back to Baton Rouge in 2003 and was admitted to practice in Louisiana the same year. I practice mostly in the areas of estate planning, successions and small business advising because I enjoy working one-on-one with my clients to design effective and creative solutions. I'm a member of the American Bar Association Section on Real Property Probate and Trust and the General Practice Solo Division. I also serve on the editorial board for the ABA publications GP Solo and SOLO Newsletter. I'm a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Baton Rouge Bar Association. I am a CASA volunteer and the Vice President of Capital Area Network.
