Attorney Brent P. Stewart made it his mission early on, not only to become a successful injury lawyer, but to create a place where victims could turn in the darkest hour and seek the help needed. That’s why Brent focused on building his law firm to feel like a family atmosphere and a firm that truly puts their clients first. With over 28 years of experience, he knows how important it is to have someone to stand up and fight for you against the insurance companies and corporations who would rather bully you into silence.
One need only speak to many of those Brent has represented to hear their testimony of what makes him the lawyer that you want standing in your corner. At Stewart Law Offices, you will not be just another case, but instead you will be treated with the care and personal attention you deserve. Brent will be the first to tell you that he hopes you never need his number, but if you do, he and the team at Stewart Law Offices will be waiting to work hard for you during that difficult time. Brent has earned his stripes when it comes to injury law.
His most notable achievement is that he has earned a lifetime membership to both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum* and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum*.
These honors are only secured by lawyers who have won million- and multi-million-dollar verdicts, awards, and settlements and are both prominent groups in the United States.
Less than 1% of trial lawyers nationwide earn membership to the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum*. Brent has also been awarded The AV Preeminent® Rating which is the pinnacle of professional excellence earned through a strenuous Peer Review Rating process that is managed and monitored by the world’s most trusted legal resource, Martindale-Hubbell®.
When examining Brent’s successful career and continued dedication to winning justice for his clients, it is no surprise that he is who you want fighting for you.
As the son of a school teacher and a counselor in Wheeling, West Virginia, pursuing higher education was a necessity for Brent P. Stewart. And it was his humble beginning that led him to develop a relentless work ethic. He reminisces about how he used to mow grass to earn money as a youngster and one of the yards he mowed was that of a lawyer. After asking that lawyer question after question about what he did, he knew from then on that he wanted to pursue a career in law.
He later graduated from The Ohio State University in 1986 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and went on to earn his law degree at the School of Law at West Virginia University in 1989.
