Chris Frazier

Chris Frazier is owner and founder of Focus Forward, a professional organizing and time management coaching service. She helps business and residential clients create lasting change in their lives by helping them organize, reduce clutter, and create a physical environment that supports their professional and personal goals. She helps attorneys and other professionals learn how to manage paper, workflow, and time so that they are more productive and able to regain control of their work days. Focus Forward clients include homeowners, entrepreneurs, and attorneys in small to large law firms. Chris’s philosophy on organizing is this: organizing is about helping clients move forward towards their goals. When clients simplify and organize, they are able to create environments that reflect the way they live now and that support their goals for the future. Clearing away old objects and organizing for now has the freeing psychological effect of removing old obligations, guilt, and unmade decisions from the past; it allows clients to focus on what is truly important to them and helps them move forward into a future of their own design. Chris is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the Network of Women in Business. She is a volunteer for Reach for Youth and for the Humane Society of Indianapolis, and she created of a local NAPO-sponsored Quantum Leap program designed to teach basic organizing skills to low-income residents of transitional housing. Chris is also an attorney licensed in Indiana and Arizona and a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association. She has practiced as an attorney at Community Legal Services of Phoenix, clerked for two Indiana Court of Appeals judges, taught legal writing at the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, and served as an appellate public defender in Marion County.
