I set up the firm in 2013 having worked in large and small firms. I started out on my own with one client and since then we have grown to cover a healthy client base both in the UK and internationally and a team of 16 lawyers. 

My experience is diverse. I started out doing a lot of litigation then moved into pure corporate (M&A) for a few years then the last 15 years has been a mix of corporate and commercial contracts work - in particular software and technology contracts. Before setting up the firm I spent 7 years doing deals in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. You can read more about my experience here.
