Patrick McCarthy

Patrick McCarthy specializes in professional liability, construction defects, complex litigation, large loss cases, real estate, and public entity liability. A former trial attorney for the Marin County District Attorney's Office, for more than twenty years Mr. McCarthy has defended cases involving medical and dental malpractice, construction defense, catastrophic personal injury, municipal entity liability, and product liability.
