I specialize in both Civil and Criminal Litigation in all local, State and Federal courts. Prior to joining the Firm, I established myself first as a Criminal Defense Attorney at the Chesapeake Public Defender’s Office, where I was one of the founding attorneys. There I tried felony and misdemeanor cases in both Bench and Jury trials, in all different areas of criminal practice, including robberies, drugs, frauds, larcenies, as well as crimes against the person. This also included appeals to Virginia Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court.

I firmly believe that if you have been accused of a crime, you have rights and should be vigorously defended. If you have been injured by the negligence of another, you are entitled to full and fair compensation. I has made it his passion to help people, who need strong, aggressive representation.
