Attorney Brad Ponder founded Montgomery Ponder, LLC with his legal partner Luke Montgomery in 2012. He received a degree in Political Science from Rhodes College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. Brad specializes in complex litigation, specifically involving class actions and mass torts, on both the state and federal levels. Brad has spent a large portion of his career representing injured railroad workers as well as litigating cases involving commercial and personal insurance policies. He has received many awards and accolades for his work, including being named as one of Birmingham's Top Lawyers by B-METRO Magazine multiple times.
