He is an experienced police practices expert certified in Federal and State Courts and is skilled in incident reconstruction, evidence gathering, discovery and forensic legal analysis. Dr. Martinelli is also a Board Certified Expert in Forensic Traumatology, an IPICD Certified Forensic Analyst, and a Certified Litigation Specialist in Police & Corrections Practices.
