M Sean McMillan

Sean McMillan concentrates his practice on assisting technology-based companies to exploit their intellectual property (generally by licensing, joint ventures, strategic alliances and distribution arrangements) both domestically and internationally. Sean has more than 30 years of experience representing businesses from their inception through their evolution to mature company status as well as negotiating a large number of M&A transactions. These experiences have provided him with the ability to rapidly analyze the goals of his clients, develop the necessary strategies and provide timely service for them to achieve their objectives.
