After working for another attorney for ten years, I started my own firm in 2002. My goal was to provide excellent and agressive representation for my clients, and provide personal hands on attention to each case. I do this by being selective with the cases I take in, so I have time to pay personal attention to each case, and each client.

I spend a lot of time keeping current with case law and trends. Our attitude on cases is to treat both the defense lawyers and insurance adjusters we deal with respectfully, while at all times being ready to take our cases to trial (if needed). I have been the lead attorney in approximately 23 jury trials. I have tried cases up and down the State of California, including San Diego and Orange County to the South, and as far North as Redding.

As a Chico, Ca personal injury and car accident lawyer, I accept cases across the State of California, but primarily work in Chico and Butte County area.

On a personal level, I enjoy working out, playing softball on Firday nights, and spending time with my wife Janet, son Nicolas, and our two dogs.
