Earlier in his career, during his time in private practice, Adel assisted multinational, US and Middle Eastern clients on a wide range of high-profile transactions, including cross-border joint ventures in the technology, telecommunications, medical, real estate, defense and food & beverage spaces. Adel is an accomplished attorney. Before launching Privatus Counsel PLLC, Adel held the position of general counsel and executive member to one of the most influential businessmen and one of the successful CEOs of the Middle East (according to Forbes Middle East).
