Walt Schmittinger

Walter F. Schmittinger is a respected attorney in the state of Delaware with over 25 years of experience. Born and raised in Delaware, Mr. Schmittinger earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA.

Mr. Schmittinger earned his law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School in 1995. While studying there he was a member of the law school’s law review, the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, the Phi Delta Phi honor society, and the Harrington Inn.

Mr. Schmittinger has been practicing law with Schmittinger and Rodriguez since his admission to the Delaware State Bar in 1995.
