Member of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, a national network of 61 coordinated task forces representing over 3,500 federal, state, and local law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies, with a mission to:  (1) stop individuals who use the Internet to entice children to meet them for sexual purposes; (2) prosecute those who possess, manufacture, and distribute child pornography;  (3) assist in prosecuting other serious felonies, including but not limited to crimes against persons and criminal non-support; and (4) educate the public about online dangers that exist to children.
Assist and coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies in the investigation and prosecution of technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation and Internet crimes against children;
Prosecute and manage a criminal caseload, including reviewing and drafting judicial orders, affidavits, and search warrants, screening for criminal charges, negotiating resolutions, briefing legal issues, conducting preliminary and evidentiary hearings, preparing and providing extensive eDiscovery, conducting bench and jury trials, when necessary;
Work closely with and advise ICAC Agents throughout their investigations;
Scrutinizing sensitive and detailed evidence;
Coordinate with staff, supervisors, appellate attorneys, victim advocates, and other Task Force prosecutors throughout the legal process; and
Trained in various aspects of computer forensics, techniques for investigating computer crimes, victimology, and sex offender typology.
