Paul Ozaki, R.A. is an accomplished licensed architect, with over 30 years of practical, hands-on experience in the design and management of architectural projects ranging from small scale single-family residential to large scale aviation projects over $6 billion in scope. Mr. Ozaki currently consults for the New York office of Skidmore Owings & Merrill Architects & Engineers providing quality assurance reviews for prestigious projects all over the world. He has held lead positions in other prestigious architectural firms such as AECOM and Solomon Cordwell Buenz managing the design, construction and technical aspects of notable projects. In addition to working as an architect, Mr. Ozaki has also worked for real estate developers focusing on the construction and contract management of projects. His varied background has provided a wide range of experience qualifying him to perform a variety of work with most building types including site feasibility analysis, architectural design, construction document preparation, project management, construction management, field observation and litigation support (expert witness).
