California licensed attorney Thomas A. Fasel is the founding partner of Fasel, Fasel & Nefulda.  Mr. Fasel graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame, Law School, obtaining his highly specialized Master of Law (LL.M.) degree in International and Comparative Law.   While studying in London, U.K., he was taught by the world's leading international faculty and professionals and gained a specialized understanding and practice in the areas of International Trade, Carriage of Goods by Sea, Latin American Trade, European Intellectual Property, European Union Law and European/United States Comparative Sales Law.  In addition, he wrote his thesis on the emerging necessity of the introduction of the electronic bill of lading.

Prior to earning his Master of Law degree, Mr. Fasel worked for the major national law firm of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP, gaining extensive experience defending multinational corporations in variety of complex legal issues. 

Mr. Fasel earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Chapman University School of Law where he earned the CALI Award for excellence in the area of Professional Responsibility as well as serving as an editor on the nationally recognized Nexus Journal of Opinion and working as a law clerk for the United States Attorney, Central District of California.   Prior to law school, Mr. Fasel worked as a Banker and Auditor.
 
Mr. Fasel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Concordia University in Irvine, CA while simultaneously participating as a collegiate pitcher on the Concordia University baseball team.  Additionally, he earned the award for Excellence in Mathematics and served as a mathematics and Latin tutor.
