Gary Borger

For the past 33 years Mr. Borger has engaged in the private practice of law in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (presently as a shareholder with Borger Jones Matez & Keeley-Cain, P.A.), concentrating his practice in family law.
Mr. Borger is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (for which he served as a member of the Executive Committee); and the family law committees of the Camden and Burlington County (NJ) Bar Associations; was a founding member of the Thomas Forkin American Inns of Court; and is a volunteer member of the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels (MESP) in Camden and Gloucester Counties, assisting litigants and their lawyers in reaching settlements. Mr. Borger has also lectured for the American Bar Association Family Law Section, the NJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and the Camden and Burlington County (NJ) bar associations and from 1987-2002 lectured to family law students at the Temple University Law School.
Mr. Borger, in addition to litigating divorce and other family law cases, mediates family disputes, having completed a family law mediation course at the South Jersey Mediation Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
