Lobbyist on behalf of the Attorney General's Office, Criminal Division, providing expertise to legislators on the challenges presented in computer crime and identity theft cases. Selected as the 2002-2003 National Association of Attorneys General Cybercrime fellow. Worked for seven months at the US Department of Justice Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section in Washington, DC, on cases and issues involving state criminal powers under the USA Patriot Act, international computer crime investigations, phishing and hacking. Published in the Mississippi Law Journal, Volume 76, Number 3 as a participant in a panel discussion on 'The Decision to Prosecute' during the 2006 NAAG conference on Internet Victimization.
