My practice is concentrated in the area of US customs law and international trade regulation. This includes tariff classification and valuation issues, country of origin and marking, penalty enforcement defense, binding rulings, import compliance and litigation of customs disputes in the U.S. Court of International Trade.  The firm also advises clients on U.S. export compliance issues.
