Served as a member of the Board of Directors and as an officer for the firm developing policies and strategies to increase firm's clientele, associate productivity and cooperation between equity partners. Brought firm out of a financial crisis in 1999 by developing and implementing a turnaround plan for the firm to re-establish its footing and grow.
Evaluated litigation matters, developed strategies to handle cases, insured that the developed strategies were carried forward as well as advised clients on litigation. In addition, managed an assigned group of the firm’s associates, providing them with the appropriate training and oversight to develop themselves into competent and ethical lawyers.
