Benjamin Hodgson

Benjamin L. Hodgson is a partner at Righi Fitch Law Group. He has over 15 years of legal experience in insurance defense and is also a seasoned defense lawyer who has represented numerous engineers, architects, and builders in complex transactions and litigation. Benjamin has secured outstanding case results across his practice areas, which include insurance defense, construction defect and design litigation, personal injury, and commercial litigation. He is a native of Arizona who has also lived in several countries in Europe. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University in 1993, his MBA from the University of Michigan School of Business in 1997, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 1997.
