Marcus Tappe

Marcus D. Tappe is a dedicated civil trial lawyer who focuses his practice on representing contractors, developers, individuals, and businesses in tort and construction litigation. He has been practicing law for 20 years and has experience in insurance defense, construction defect litigation, breach of contract, subrogation, breach of warranty, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and professional liability defense.
